Crumbl Cookies opens new St. Louis-area franchise

Crumbl Cookies opened a new shop in Metro East, St. Louis area.
On Friday, a local franchisee opened a store at 3760 Green Mount Crossing Drive.
Adrienne and Jacqueline Parrish, identical twins who own the Shiloh Store and whose dad is also a Crumbl Cookies Franchisee, are sisters. The sisters, originally from Utah, have relocated to Maryville, Illinois to run their local franchise.
In an email to the Business Journal, the Parrishes said that the Shiloh location is the first out of three stores they plan to open as part of their agreement for area development with Crumbl. They said the other two stores will be in Edwardsville and Brentwood within a year.
The new store will be open from 8 am to 12 am on Saturdays and Fridays, 8 am to 10 pm on Mondays through Thursdays, and closed on Sundays.
In an email to the Business Journal, the Parrishes stated that the Shiloh shop's goal was to maintain a staff size of 50 full-time and part-time workers.
The Parrishes stated in an email that "Crumbl shops are equipped with excellent baking and mixing equipment of commercial grade, as well as state-of-the art technology to give each customer a great experience." The average cost for tenant improvements, furniture, fixtures, and equipment is between $400,000 and $600,000. Shiloh Crumbl's cost falls within this range.
Logan, Utah based franchisee Crumbl Cookies has more than 275 flavors in a rotating weekly menu, including key lime pie and peppermint bark, as well as milk chocolate chip and cornbread.
Shiloh will have six flavors available during the grand opening, according to officials. Each Sunday, Crumbl Cookies posts the flavors of the week on their social media pages at 7 pm Central Time.
Starting May 17, Shiloh's retail store will also offer catering, delivery, curbside pick-up, and nationwide shipping via the Crumbl App as well as the website.
