Dominion can force Murdochs to testify at Fox News defamation trial, judge says
on Monday. The judge ruled that the Murdochs must answer questions about their public statements about Dominion, which is suing the media company for $1.6 billion.

Dominion Voting Systems has the power to force Fox Corporation executives Rupert Murdoch and Lachlan Muddoch to testify at this month's defamation case, said a Delaware Judge on Wednesday.
At an hearing, Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis stated that if Dominion summons the Murdochs in person to testify, he will not quash these subpoenas and the Murdochs must appear.
Davis stated that the witnesses were "relevant to the case" and that "I would not quash the subpoena if Dominion wanted to bring them to live". He added that it was "at my discretion whether they came" to testify personally at the trial which will begin in Wilmington, Delaware later this month.
Fox News has denied any wrongdoing, and said that the case was a sham against the First Amendment.
