Lauren Solotar, CEO of the May Institute since 1996, has witnessed many changes. She began as a vice president and chief psychology in 1996. She's most enthusiastic about the nonprofit's efforts to recruit the "best and brightest" from across the country as it builds out centers of expertise to better serve those with autism spectrum disorders.
