Pearlridge Center to add new tenants
The mall is expanding its selection to include more local businesses.

Pearlridge Center has announced that a consignment shop and a Honolulu fashion boutique are among the new retailers opening this spring and summer. This was revealed in a recent press release.
Pearlridge is managed by Washington Prime Group and located in Aiea. It is the largest enclosed mall in Hawaii with over 170 shops and restaurants, according to the website.
Soon-to-open retail outlets include:
The 1,460 square feet of space in this Honolulu fashion boutique will be devoted to women's clothes. The store will open on June 1 and be located in the second floor above Center Court, next to T&C Surf Designs.
Original Grail, the 655-square foot shoe and clothing consignment shop will open its second Oahu store in Wai Makai on the second floor next to Cookie Corner near Center Court. Original Grail will open on July 1.
Hawaii Island Creations Surf, a 3,470 square foot store selling Hawaii surf gear, apparel, and accessories, will move from Wai Makai, its current location in Pearlridge, to Mauka on the first floor, near the Pups of War Arena. The new location should open on May 11.

The Mr. Sangria bar, a 520 square foot bar that is open from Wednesday to Sunday until July. The bar serves sangria and cocktails as well as wine, local beer, spirits, and local beers. The bar opened in mid April and is located on the first floor across from Starbucks, next to the Mauka Centre Court.
BeerLab HI: Beer Lab HI is a part of Pearlridge Night Market which takes place on the first Friday every month, from June to December. The beer garden will feature local brews, booths, and businesses. The event will run from 5-9 p.m. in Mauka's first-level parking lot, in front of T.J. Maxx. Beer Lab HI has a Pearlridge location.
Rhea Lana returns to Pearlridge Center with brand-name consignment clothing and toys for moms and keiki. The event will take place from June 18 through June 24 at the former Toys R Us facility.
