The Kansas City Chiefs are waiving receiver Kadarius Toney. The move comes after the team signed receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and made efforts to revamp their receiving corps. Toney had a tumultuous season with the Chiefs, dropping several catchable passes and committing penalties. He played in 20 games, catching 41 passes for 240 yards and scoring four touchdowns. The Chiefs also released Louis Rees-Zammit, a highly regarded rugby winger who trained with the NFL’s International Player Pathway program.
