Gordon Ramsay says he's ‘lucky' to be alive, shows off severe bruising after cycling accident

Gordon Ramsay recently shared a video on Instagram discussing a cycling accident he had in Connecticut. The renowned TV chef expressed gratitude for being alive but admitted to being shaken by the incident. Ramsay thanked the medical professionals who provided care for him, noting that he was lucky not to have suffered any major injuries. He did, however, reveal that he had some bruises and showcased a large purple bruise on his torso. Ramsay, an avid cyclist, stressed the importance of wearing a helmet and credited it with saving his life. CNN contacted Ramsay’s representative for a comment.
